STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

THIS AGREEMENT made this ~ day of f -'`C ~ 2612, by
and between Tamanini Homes, LC, hereinafter referred to as
Contractor,
AND
Jennifer C. Geedey and Zebulun M. Geedey, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook
and. agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot
of ground situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland. County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described ire Exhibit
"A" which is attached hereto and made a. part hereof known as Lot 27
Trindle Station, 81?_ Tamanini Way, Mechanicsburg, PA 1705`x.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor iri hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement: aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves anc~ i.ts, his
or their subcontractors, and all pa.rt_ies acting through. or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings or. _he lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the .right
of _lien, shal_1 be an. independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situated in Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being knov~rn as Lot 27 and is
Tax Parcel 22-09-0541-027 known as Trindle Station as depicted
on the f=inal Subdivision as depicted on the Final Subdivisior7 Plan
for Section 1 of Trindle Station -Phase 2 prepared by Alpha
Consulting Engineers, Inc. having Instrument Number 200801802
assigned in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the eastern right-of-way line or
Tamanini Way at the dividing line of I_ot 27 herein conveyed and
Lot 28 as shown on the aforementioned Subdivision Plan; thence
along the eastern right of way line of Tamanini 'Way following a
curve to the left with a radius of 475.00 feet, an arc length c'f
95.00 feet, a chord bearing of North Ol degrees 32 minutes 23
seconds East, and a chord length of 94.84 feet to an iron pin at
the dividing line of Lot 26; thence along Lot 26 North 85 degrees
48 minutes 36 seconds East a distance of 99.94 feet to an irc>n pin
at open Space E; thence along Open Space E South 10 degrees
6 minutes 1 1 seconds East, a distance of 63.09 feet to an iron
pin; thence following a curve to the right with a radius of 585.00
feet, an arc length of 54.14 feet, a chord bearing of South 04
degrees 37 minutes 05 seconds West and a chord length of 54.12
feet to an iron pin at the dividing line of aforementioned Lot 28;

Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book 279, Page 752,
granted and conveyed unto Trindle Station, LLC, Grantor herein.
