STIPULATION GAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this day of ~~~ _, 2012, by

Contractor,

Frances A. Sierotowicz, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby
the ~on~t~actor undertook and agreed to erected and construct a

Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and me>re fully
descr-~bec. in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof r_nown as Lot 26 Trindle St:anon, 814 Tamanini Way,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dcl_lar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreemen*: aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves anc its, his
or t'_~eir subcontractors, and all parties acting througr~ or under
them, co,~=errant and agree that no mechanic's liens or ~~a .irr~s shall
be firmed or maintained by them or any o= therm against the said
bui-czing, and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto f or or on
account ~f any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them ur:der laic contract or otherwise, for, towards, _n, cr about
the erec`ion and construction of t::~e said buildings c;n the lot
abov-~ describec_, and the said Contractor, for itself, ~"~ imself or

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situated in Monroe
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being
known as Lot 23 and is a portion of Tax Parcel 22-
09-0541-026 known as Trindle Station as depicted on
the Final Subdivision as depicted on the Final
Subdivision Plan for Section 1 of Trindle StatioInc.
Phase 2 prepared by Alpha Consulting Engineers,
having Instrument Number 200801802 assigned in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office, being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the eastern right-of-way
line of Tamanini Way at the dividing line of Lot 26
herein conveyed and Lot 27 as shown on the
aforementioned Subdivision Plan; thence along the
eastern right of way line of Tamanini Way following
a curve to the left with a radius of 475.00 feet, an
arc length of 95.00 feet, a chord bearing of North
09 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds West, and a chord
length of 94.84 feet to a concrete monument at the
dividing line of Lot 25; thence along Lot 25 North
74 degrees 21 minutes 03 seconds East a distance of
