Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point at Oxford Road (T-536) and lands now or formerly of Knouse
Fruitlands, Inc., thence running along and through Oxford Road North 10 degrees 44 minutes 21
seconds East 199.39 feet to a point at intersection of Lots 2 and 3 on the hereinaf[er mentioned
plan of lots; thence along the common boundary line of Lots 2 and 3 South 78 degrees 42
minutes 25 seconds East (through a point at the edge of the designated fight-of-way line for
Oxford Road 21.41 feet fi.om the origin of this course) a total of 521.41 feet to a p~int; thence
