WHEREAS, of, Steven M. Lange and Mindy W. Lane, of Hampden Township.
Pennsylvania is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Russell
Goodling/Tom Wolfe, Builders, of Cumberland County, PA, for the erection ora single family
dwelling upon a lot of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, (See Exhibit
A).
Now, Febuary 5, 2002 at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the said owner to the said contractor to commence work
on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with and the further consideration of One Dollar, to paid by, it is agreed that no lien shall
be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor. Nor by any of the material men
or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to
wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern dedicated right-of-way line of
Saffron Drive at the dividing line of Lot No. 456 and Lot No. 455; said
point also being located 481.10 feet west of the northern extremity of
an arc connecting the southern dedicated right-of-way line of Saffron
Drive (50 feet wide) and the western dedicated right-of-way line of
Tiverton Road (50 feet wide); thence by line of Lot No. 456 South 14
degrees 27 minutes 55 seconds West 120.00 feet to a point; Thence by
line of lands now or formerly of Kingswood North 75 degrees 32 minutes
05 seconds West 100.00 feet to a point; thence by same North 14 degrees
27 minutes 55 seconds East 120.00 feet to a point; thence by the
southern dedicated right-of-way line of Saffron Drive South 75 degrees
32 minutes 05 seconds East 100.00 feet to a point, the place of
BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 455 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of The
Highlands of Hampden Square, Phase V, recorded in Plan Book 69, Page
113. Containing approximately 12,000.00 square feet.
BEING Parcel No. 10-16-1056-327.
