Gale Horstick, 1107 Apple Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, lacks capacity to manage her finances and also lacks capacity to meet essential requirements for her physical health and safety, it is hereby ordered that Judith Gale White, 1149 Thunderhill Road, Lincoln University, Pennsylvania, is hereby appointed Emergency Plenary Guardian of the Person and Estate of L. Gale Horstick, 1107 Apple Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. It is further determined that the Emergency Guardianship is necessary to prevent irreparable harm to the Person and Estate of L. Gale Horstick. The appointment of Judith Gale White shall be effective for seventy-two (72) hours. Should the emergency continue, this Order may be extended upon written request to the Court for a period up to twenty (20) days from the expiration of the original seventy-two (72) hour period. Judith Gale White shall file a Petition for Adjudication of Incapacity and Appointment of Guardianship pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. §5511. By the Court: Thomas A.
