AND NOW, this (~ day of January, 2013, at
_ ~~clock, ~.M., it appearing that the First and Final Account and Proposed Schedule
of Distribution of William A. Steele, Administrator of the Estate of Margaret I. Steele, late of
North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Deceased, having been filed and
advertised in accordance with law and Rules of Court and the same having been confirmed
absolutely by the Orphan's Court Division of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas
on January ~ , 2013, and it appearing that the said Administrator, in his Proposed Schedule
of Distribution claims distribution to himself, as sole intestate heir of Decedent, of the hereinafter
described real estate, in conformity with Title 20 of Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes,
Chapter 21, Intestate succession, and in particular 20 Pa. C. S. §2103(1), as the decedent died an
un-remarried widow and as the Administrator is the sole child and heir of the Decedent, as set
forth in said First and Final Account and Proposed Schedule of Distribution filed to Estate No.
21-201 1-0463, it is Ordered, adjudicated and Decreed that:
AI,L THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of the Public Road leading
from the Wertz School House to the Long's Gap Road; thence along lands
^ow or formerly of Charles Long, South Twenty-seven (27) degrees East,
a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Twenty (1120) feet to a post;
thence along lands now or formerly of F. M. Cornman, North Thirty-five
(35) degrees Thirty (30) minutes East, a distance of Eight Hundred (800)
feet to a stake; thence along lands now or formerly of George A.
Hefflefinger, North Forty-eight (48) degrees West, a distance of Seven
Hundred Fifty (750) feet more or less, to a point in the center of the above
described public road; thence by the center of said public road, South
Fifty-nine (59) degrees West, a distance of One Hundred Thirty-two and

Six-tenths (132.6) feet to a point; thence by the same, South Seventy-five
(75) degrees Thirty (30) minutes West, a distance of Three Hundred
Twelve and Four-tenths (312.4) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING Twelve and Forty-three hundredths (12.43) Acres,
more or less.
BEING identified as Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Uniform
Parcel Identification No. 29-OS-0427-109.
BEING the same premises which John W. Brown and Mildred A.
Brown, husband and wife, by deed dated November 1, 1958 and recorded
November 3, 1958 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for
Cumberland County, at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book °T," Volume
18, Page 453, granted and conveyed to Jesse A. Steele and Margaret I.
Steele, husband and wife.
THE SAID Jesse A. Steele died on March 25, 1996 a resident of
590 North Middleton Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 and his Certificate of Death
was issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to No. 3780406, thereby
vesting the entire fee simple title to the above-described premises in
Margaret I Steele, Deceased.
THE SAID Margaret 1. Steele died on March 22, 2011 an un-
remarried widow, Her estate is filed to Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
No. 21-2011-0463. She was survived by a son, William A. Steele, of 700
North Middleton Road, Carlisle, PA 17013, who was her only child and
sole heir.
Is hereby awarded to William A. Steele, of 700 North Middleton Road, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania 17013.
THE Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County is directed to record this Order
among the deed records in his office and to index the same in the Grantor index in the name of
Estate of Margaret I. Steele, Deceased, and in the Grantee index in the name of William A.
Steele, in accordance with Section 711 and 3536 of The Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code.

distributee is as follows: 700 North Middleton Road, Carlisle, PA 17013, and that the Tax Parcel
No. (Uniform Parcel Identifier) for the above described property is 29-OS-0427-109.
