Total Personal Property
Real Estate -All that certain piece or parcel of real estate having erected thereon a
dwelling house being known and numbered as 806 Front Street, New Cumberland,
Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by Woodrow L. Phillips and Thelma A.
Phillips, husband and wife, by Deed dated February 5, 1991, and recorded February 14,
1991, in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book Z, Vol. 34,
Page 76. A copy of said Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The said
Woodrow L. Phillips died May 7, 2001, whereupon full and complete title to the within
described real property became vested solely in Thelma A. Phillips, surviving spouse,
the Decedent herein. The above-described real estate was sold pursuant to an
Agreement of Sale for Real Estate dated September 25, 2012, a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein. Final settlement took place on December 11,
2012. A copy of the deed conveying said real estate, along with a copy of the
Settlement Statement, are attached hereto and incorporated herein. The sale price of
the real estate was $103,000.00.
