Ref: The Estate of Nancy T. Anthony
Herein is entered a claim upon said estate for $9,000 by Richard H. Anthony,Sr.
surviving spouse of Nancy T. Anthony, dcd. Whereas in the year c.1987
certain property adjacent to the home of Nancy Anthony was sold, Nancy
Anthony agreed to pay Richard Anthony, Sr. $18,000 upon the sale of said
property. Herein Richard Anthony,Sr. states that $9,000 of that debt was
satisfied in November 2012 by heirs of the estate Richard Anthony, Jr. and
John M. Anthony in equal portions of $4,500 each. Richard Anthony, Sr.
feels the remaining $9,000 portion should be paid by the two remaining
heirs Sharon Wang and Ronald D. Anthony each paying $4,500 to
Richard Anthony, Sr.
