DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 4t" day of January, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by Pamela A. Shenk, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will
and Testament, which is dated October 17, 2002, and containing certain modifications thereon, the
Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those
modifications and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of
Ruth E. Gusler. The modifications including the handwritten interlineation appearing on the first page,
section SECOND, item e adding, to my daughter Karen, wood frame clock and plant stand as pictured is
admitted to probate as it is initialed and dated by the testator.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Pamela A. Shenk
this date. Pamela A. Shenk shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
