N~~, Jan ~ , 2013, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Jack Benner to the said Ezcaliber Homes to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of said contract with Ezcaliber Homes and the further consideration of one Dollar, to Ezcaliber Homes, paid by Jack Benner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or land for any labor, or materials purchased by any subcontractor, nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived, except those rights of the contractor as outlined under paragraphs 7, 9, and 14 of the contracts signed by Jack Benner and by Ezcaliber Homes. i. ~ ~' ,r ,~' ~ ' Excaliber Hanes Representative; .~; _ ~~ ~ ~' ~~ Michael J.
