MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
The Municipal Authority of West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by its
Assistant Solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for
sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is West Pennsboro Township Municipal
Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of West Pennsboro Township.

The names of the owner or reputed owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Henry
B. Casner, 1901 Douglas Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 52 West Main Street, Plainfield, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed, is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount
of $373.02, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

ALL that certain messuage and lot of ground situate in the Village of Plainfield,
West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the State Road loading from Newville to Carlisle;
thence by lands now or formerly of William Lehman, South 17 1/2 degrees West,
Two and Bight Tenths .(2.8) perches to a post; thence South 1 3/4 degrees West,
Thirteen and Four Tenths (13.4) perches to a post in an Alley; thence by said Alley,
South 86 1/4 degrees East, Two and Six Tenths (2.6) perches to a post; thence by
land now or formerly of Pearl Bitner, North 2 1/9 degrees East, Twelve and One Tenth
(12.1) perches to a post; thence North 69 3/4 degrees West, Fow Tenth {0.9) of a
perch to a post; thence-North 18 1/4 degrees East, Three and Three Tenths (3.3)
perches to a post; thence North 71 3/9 degrees West, Two and Six Tenths (2.6)
perches to a point on the State Road, the Place of BEGINNING.
THE above described premises contain Forty-two (42) Perches, neat measure,
and have thereon erected a two and one-half story frame dwelling house and other
improvements.
BEING the same premises which Floyd W. Nailor and wife, by deed dated
January 20, 1968 and recorded January 22, 1968 in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "Q"'
Vol. 22, page 369, granted and conveyed to Floyd W. Nailor and Ruth O. Nailor,
husband and wife. The said Floyd W. Nailor having died April 21, 1968, tttle to
the above described premises remained vested by operation of law solely In his
surviving spouse, Ruth O. Nailor, [Grantor herein.
JOHN H. HEELER and RUTH C. HEELER, husband and wife, join in this
• conveyance for the purpose of conveying any and all interest which they may have
in the within conveyed premises by virtue of an Agreement of Sale dated March 11,
2972 and recorded in the above mentioned Recorder/a Otfiee fn Miscellaneous Record
Book 193, page 812.
