MUNICIPAL LIEN
MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
The Municipal Authority of West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by its
Assistant Solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for
sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is West Pennsboro Township Municipal
Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of West Pennsboro Township.

The names of the owner or reputed owner of the property against which this claim is filed is
Christopher J. Nelson, 20 School House Road, Newville, PA 17241.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 20 School House Road, Newville, PA 17241.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed, is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount
of $93.36, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

BETWEEN ERMA A. MORROW, Executrix under the Last Will and Testament of Mary C.
Morrow, late of South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and ERMA A.
MORROW, individually, hereinafter referred to as:
Grantor,
And CHRISTOPHER 3. NELSON, of West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as:
Grantee,
WHEREAS, the said Mary C. Morrow died testate on March 26, 2004, and her Last Will and
Testament was duly probated in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, at Estate No. 21-04-0329; and
WHEREAS, Erma A. Morrow was granted Letters Testamentary by the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on Apri16, 2004.
NOW, THEREp'ORE, the said Erma A. Morrow, Executrix as aforesaid, for and in
consideration of the sum of SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED ($73,900.00}
Dollars, paid in hand, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey
to the said Grantee, his successors and assigns:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in West Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 120 feet South of corner of land now or formerly of Snyders
and at the Southwest corner of land now or formerly of Robert A. Kressler and wife
in the center of the Blue Hill Road (now School House Road); thence along the line
formerly of Robert A. Kressler, 260 feet to land now or formerly of R. Russell
Lehman and wife; thence southward by a line parallel to the aforesaid road, 67 feet
to a point; thence by land now or formerly of Robert W. Morrow by a line at right
angles to the aforesaid road, 260 feet to the center of said road; thence in a
northwardly direction by the center of said road, 67 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same tract of land which R. Russell Lehman and Lula Grace Lehman, his
wife, by Deed dated August 8, 1952, and recorded in Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, Deed Book "B", Volume 15, Page 306, granted and conveyed unto
Robert Morrow and Mary C. Morrow (decedent herein), as tenants in common.

AND BEING the same tract of land in which Robert Morrow and Mary B. Morrow,
his wife, by their deed dated February 17,1965, and recorded in Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, Deed Book "S", Volume 21, Page 196, granted and conveyed their
undivided one-half interest unto Mary C. Morrow, decedent herein.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to building and use restrictions of record.
AND the said Grantor, Executrix as aforesaid, hereby covenants and agrees that she will
warrant specially the property hereby conveyed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has hereunto set her hand and seal, the day and
year first written above.
