Answer of Robert M. Mumma, 11 to the Court's Order of December 2f, 2012
Mr. Buckley's billings do not fully differentiate the matters he was working on. Since
there is an ongoing dispute regarding the Orphan Court's authority to determine
corporate actions, I requested that all time spent on these matters be fully
explained.
I believe our position that the Orphans Court lacks jurisdiction over the activities of
entities not parties to the Probate issues will prevail.
Thus it is important that Mr. Buck]ey give a full accountin€; of the time he is billing
for and fees for work on the disputed corporate issues not be paid until all appeals
be resolved.
