1. 2 Original PA Inheritance Tax Returns. There is no tax due. This is a spousal estate.
2. 1 copy of Pages 1 & 2 of the Pa Inheritance tax return, to be time-stamped and returned to us.
3. Inventory
4. Copy of Page 1 of the Inventory to be time-stamped and returned to us.
3. Check attached to this correspondence in the amount of $45.00 representing the $30.00 filing
fee for the Inheritance Tax Return and Inventory and $15.00 for additional probate fees.
