FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all Inheritance, Estate, Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death, out of my residuary estate. SECOND: I give my house at 505 Deubler Road, Camp Hill, to my son, DOUGLAS A. RITZIE. THIRD: I give all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate in equal shares to my children, DOUGLAS A. RITZIE, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, SANDRA R. ALBRIGHT, of Carlisle, Pennsylvana and JENNIFER L. RITZIE, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in equal shares per stirpes. LASTLY: I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, DOUGLAS A. RITZIE, to be my Executor, of this my Last Will and Testament. If my son, DOUGLAS A. RITZIE does not survive me by a period of at least thirty (30) days, or is not able or does not serve for whatever reason, I then appoint my daughter, SANDRA R.
