Goodhart, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament, which is dated 29 September, 1986, and containing certain modifications thereon, the Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those modifications and renders the following decision: IT IS DECREED that the instniment be admitted to probate as The LasC Will and Testament of Pauline B. Soutner. The obliteration appearing on the first page, fourth paragraph is admitted to probate as it is signed and dated by the testator. IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Susan B. Goodhart this date. Susan B.
