DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 14th day of January, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by John C. Miller, Jr., for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last
Will and Testament, which is dated November 8, 2004, and containing an additional handwritten page,
the Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination and renders
the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument, dated November 8, 2004, be admitted to probate as the
Last Will and Testament of John C. Miller a.k.a. Curt Miller as originally typewritten. The handwritten
page, dated March 7, 2008, is not admitted to probate as it has not been proven by witnesses.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to John C. Miller, Jr.
He shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed
with the administration of this estate according to law.
