show cause why the relief requested should not be granted. PETITIONER shall
effectuate service of this CITATION upon Respondent.
CITATION RETURNABLE 5 days prior to the above-scheduled hearing.
A HEARING on the petition shall be held on 11 February 2013 at 3:00 p.m., in
Courtroom Number Six of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
at which time Respondent shall provide an account for the period during which he was
acting as power of attorney for Esther E. Catts.
Pending the hearing, Respondent is ENJOINED from transferring, liquidating, or
in any manner disposing of any and all property belonging to Esther E. Catts, including
but not limited to any savings bonds that were removed from the Citizen's Bank safety
deposit box of Esther E. Catts, valued at approximately $188,000.00.
