RELEASE AND REFUNDING AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, KATHY A. KOKOSKI of
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, one of the residuary beneficiaries of Estate
of Paul J. Hilton, Deceased, who died testate on October 23, 2011, and whose Last Will and
Testament dated March 26, 2002, was duly probated in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, on October 31, 2011, to No. 2011-01149 of
Cumberland County Register of Wills, DOES HEREBY:
1. Acknowledge the receipt of the sum of One Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Nine
Hundred Fifty Seven Dollars ($154,957.00) as payment in full of my share of the residue, as
shown in Paragraph No. 9 of the aforesaid Will of Paul J. Hilton, Deceased.
"9. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to
KATHY A. KOKOSKI and ANDREW W. GOFFUS, in equal shares."
2. Release and forever discharge Charles D. Kokoski and Kathy A. Kokoski, Executors
of the ESTATE OF Paul J. Hilton, Deceased, their successors, heirs and assigns, and the ESTATE
OF Paul J. Hilton, of the aforesaid payment and of and from all actions, suits, payments,
accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever.
3. To the extent of the above distribution, agree to (a) refund to the Executors, upon
receipt of such request from the Executors, any portion of the above distribution to which I am
not properly entitled or which shall at any time be necessary to discharge any debt, expense, or
liability of the Estate, including but not limited to, any estate inheritance, transfer, or income tax;
and (b) to indemnify and hold harmless the Executors, their successors, heirs and assigns from
any and all liability, expenses and costs which the Executors may incur in that capacity.
This instrument shall be legally binding upon the heirs and assigns of Kathy A.
Kokoski.

Register of Wills, DOES HEREBY:
1. Acknowledge the receipt of the sum of One Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Nine
