AND NOW, this 1st day of April , 2013 , hearing on the
petition for name change having been scheduled for this date,
and the petitioner having been unable to publish notice of the
hearing in two newspapers of general circulation in this county,
we reschedule the hearing for April 29, 2013 , at 8 :45 a.m. to
afford the petitioner additional time to publish notification in
two newspapers of general circulation. We note that one of the
publications may be in the official paper for the publication of
legal notices in the county. Further, we note that the
petitioner has supplied the Court with a search of
Prothonotary' s records, and he need not do so prior to the
hearing on April 29th.
