AND NOW, this 17th day of January, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition for
2013,
Probate and Grant of Letters filed by Terri L. Smith, dated and filed on January 17,
for the estate of Robert Lee Smith, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioner shall
ost surety bond in the amount of $5000.00 in the name of the Commonwealth.

Pursuant to Cumberland County Local Rule 3 59, any corporation acting as surety
shall have filed in the office of the Prothonotary, a copy of its last annual statement to
the Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that upon proper filing the Bond of Personal
Re resentative, Letters of Adminstration shall be granted to Terri L. Smith.
