are true, and that the requested off-site oral examination is warranted; and decrees the off-
site oral examination for an application for a marriage license shall be GRANTED so
that CARL W. BELL, JR., and MARY L. BALTIMORE, the persons proposed to be
married, shall be interviewed by a deputy of the Cumberland County Register of Wills at
the location where Petitioner, CARL W. BELL, JR., resides and is confined.
