AND NOW, this 18th day of January, 2013, having received no response to the Notice of Intent of
Open the Probate Record issued on January 4, 2013, in regards to the Petition to Probate Will and Amend
Letter of Administration, filed by Alene M. Koser, IT IS DECREED that the probate record is opened to
admit the instrument dated July 24, 2006, as the Last Will and Testament of Dorothy M. Durham and that
the Letters of Administration previously granted are amended to Letters of Administration c.t.a.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Arlene M. Koser shall continue with the administration of
this estate according to law.
