PETITION FOR COURT ORDER TO
REVOKE LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
AND NOW, comes the Petitioners, Melvin N. Burlew and Paul L. Sandoe III, by and
through their undersigned counsel, Summers Nagy Law Offices, and respectfully represents as
follows:
1. Petitioners are Melvin N. Burlew and Paul L. Sandoe, III to whom Letters
Testamentary were granted on October 26, 2009.
2. Petitioner Melvin N. Burlew is the surviving spouse of the decedent, who died
testate on October 22, 2012.
3. Petitioner Paul L. Sandoe, III is the surviving son of the decedent, who died
testate on October 22, 2012.
4. At the time of decedent's death, decedent was admitted in a nursing home facility
located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
5. Decedent's permanent residence was 175 Hill Drive, York Haven, York County,
Pennsylvania 17370.

6. Petitioners were advised to probate the Will in the county in which decedent
passed away in.
7. Petitioners have since retained counsel and wish to probate the Will with the
Register of Will in and for York County, Pennsylvania.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners respectfully request your Honorable Court to issue an Order
directing the Register of Wills of Cumberland County to revoke the letters testamentary that
were granted to Melvin N. Burlew and Paul L. Sandoe, III for the Estate of Wandalee Burlew,
deceased.
