ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the
Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
being more fully bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the northerly right-of-way line of
Inverness Drive, twenty-five feet (25') from the centerline of the same and being
a front property corner of Lot 26, thence along said Lot 26, North 56 degrees 36
minutes 00 seconds East (N56°36'00,,E) a distance of 94.27 feet to a point, said
point being a corner of Lot 27; thence along said Lot 27, South 65 degrees 07
minutes 29 seconds East (S65°07'29,E) a distance of 68.52 feet to a point, said
point being a comer of Lot 24; thence along said Lot 24, South 35 degrees 39
minutes 53 seconds West (S35°39'53-W) a distance of 118.39 feet to a point on
said northerly right-of-way; thence along said northerly right-of-way, by a curve to
the right having a radius of 300.00 feet an arc distance of 103.01 feet being
subtended by a chord of North 44 degrees 29 Minutes 56 seconds West

Company, A Pennsylvania partnership, by their deed dated November 13, 1987'
and recorded December 15, 1987 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
