MOTION TO CORRECT ORDER APPOINTING PLENARY GUARDIAN OF THE
PERSON AND PLENARY GUARDIAN OF THE ESTATE
AND NOW come the Petitioners in this matter, by their attorney Samuel L. Andes, and
move the court to modify its order of 15 January 2013, to correct some typographical errors on
the order, based upon the following;
1. The moving parties are herein are the Petitioners Ut Michael K. Tran, also known as
Ut K. Tran, and KimQui T. Tran, his wife.
2. This court entered an order appointing the Petitioners as the plenary guardian of the
person and plenary guardian of the estate of their son Tien Khai Tran.
3. When Petitioners' counsel prepared the Order of appointment, it mistakenly
misspelled Tien Khai Tran's name in several places and failed to identify Ut Michael K. Tran, by
his other name, Ut K. Tran.
4. To correct these problems, Petitioners move this court to enter the attached Order and
respectfully request this court to do so.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners move this court to enter the attached Order to correct the
mistakes in the Order of 15 January 2013.
