estate for the amount of $6,756.00 owed to me for legal services
performed for the decedent. Enclosed is a copy of that Notice of
Claim. That claim had now been paid in full and satisfied and I
am now hereby withdrawing my Claim. Please note your records
accordingly. Enclosed is check payable to your order in the
amount of $10.00 to cover the filing charges.
