shall take place before the Department of Transportation
Administrative Hearing Docket,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Defendant ' s
appeal in this Court is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and the
Defendant is directed to file for an administrative hearing before
the Department of Transportation Administrative Hearing Docket .
Accordingly, the matter is remanded to the Department of
Transportation for administrative hearing.
