NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the First and Final Account of John R. Valle, Administrator
for the Estate of Janine L. Valle, will be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court
Division of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on or before, February 1, 2013, and that the
same will be confirmed by the Court on or before March 5, 2013 unless written objections are
filed with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division on or before 9:00 A.M. (prevailing time) on or
before March 5, 2013, in accordance with the Rules of the Orphans' Court of Cumberland
County.
A copy of the First and Final Account and Proposed Distribution to the Beneficiaries is
enclosed herewith.
