Bostwick to be Totally Incapacitated and to Appoint a Guardian for Her Estate and Person, the court appoints Robert P. Kline, Esquire, to represent the alleged incapacitated person in these proceedings. It is hereby ORDERED and DIRECTED that a hearing is scheduled for 25 March 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom Number Six of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. A CITATION is issued upon Mary C. Bostwick to show reason, if any, why she should not be adjudicated an incapacitated person. Notice of the hearing shall be given to Mary C. Bostwick in accordance with 20 P.S. 5511(a) no less than twenty (20) days prior to the hearing. Furthermore, the alleged incapacitated person shall be in attendance at the hearing unless it can be established by her physician that her mental or physical condition would be harmed by her presence at the hearing. This may be established in the form of written interrogatories. Notice of the petition and hearing shall be given by proper service to all persons entitled to share in the estate of the alleged incapacitated person and proof of said service shall be filed prior to the hearing.
