AND NOW, this 25th day of March, 2013 , following a hearing
on the Petition for Name Change, and upon review of the publication
in the Sentinel and accepting the affirmation of the parties that
they published the same in the Patriot, we direct that pursuant to
54 Pa. C. S .A. Section 701, the name of Bentley John Phillipy is
hereby changed to Bentley John Sweeney.
