BEAUDUY, of Hershey, Dauph~n~~~,~irfsj3ly~ja, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made. ITEM 1. I direct that all my funeral expenses not heretofore paid and all estate or inheritance taxes be paid by my hereinafter named Executor as soon after my death as may be found convenient. ITEM 2. I give, devise and bequeath my real property, located at 446 West Chocolate Avenue, Hershey, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, to my daughter, Cecilia C. Beauduy, of Hummelstown, Dauphin County,; Pennsylvania. ITEM 3. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) to each of my grandchildren surviving on the date of my death. In the event any such grandchild shall be younger than the age of 21 at the time of my death, then such sum shall be held in trust by the parent or guardian of such child until he or she reaches the age of 21, except that all or a portion of such sum may be used, and may only be used, for the educational purposes the grandchild prior to reaching age 21. ITEM 4. I direct my Executor to use his best judgment and efforts to distribute personal property items in accordance with my wishes and desires as I might hereafter communicate them to him, orally or in writing. ITEM 5. I give, devise and bequeath'all the remainder of my estate, both real and personal, wherever situate, to all my children except Cecilia, in equal shares, per stirpes. ITEM 6. I hereby forgive any debts owed to me by any of my children on the date of my death. ITEM 7. I appoint Thomas W. Beauduy as Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament. If he is unable or unwilling to qualify as Executor, or, having qualified, is unable or unwilling to continue to act, then I appoint Francis X. Beauduy as Executor of my Will. ITEM 8. I direct that no personal representative hereunder shall be required to provide security, surety or bond in any jurisdiction for the faithful performance of any duty under this Will. This clause is applicable only to such personal representatives as are specifically named in this Will. ITEM 9. All federal, state and other death taxes payable on the property forming my gross estate for those purposes, shall be paid out of the principal of my estate just as if they were my debts, and none of those taxes shall be chazged against any beneficiary.
