against ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, known as 5402C Oxford Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, and more particularly
bounded and described in Cumberland County Deed Book 200739581.
