against ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, known as 12 Hummel Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, and more particularly bounded
and described in Cumberland County Deed Book 249, page 1831, et. sea.
