ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, known as 4 S. Saint Johns Road, Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania 17011, and more pazticulazly
bounded and described in Cumberland County Deed Book 251, page 3324, et. se4.

Resolutions, and the Municipal Claims Act of 1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as amended, 53, P.S. §7101, et. sue.
