PETITION TO WITHDRAWAL AS COUNSEL
AND NOW, comes Murrel R. Walters, III, Esquire, and petitions this Honorable Court to
withdraw as counsel for the following reasons:
1. Petitioner is Murrel R. Walters, III, Esquire, with a primary office located at 54 E.
Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
2. On or about March 3, 2009, Debra A. Houseman and Douglas G. Clouser
(collectively hereinafter "Respondents") retained the professional services of Petitioner to assist
Respondents with the administration of the estate of David H. Clouser's, their late father,
(hereinafter "the Estate")
3. Petitioner provided professional services and advanced filing fees to Respondents
and to the Estate to include, among other things, filing for probate.
4. Since that time, Co-Executors advised Petitioner they decided to handle the Estate
administration without Petitioner's assistance.
5. Irreconcilable differences exist between Petitioner and Respondents in the
administration and conclusion of the Estate.
6. Petitioner's withdrawal will not cause material adverse effect on the interests of
either Respondents or the Estate.
7. No Judge has been previously assigned to this matter.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests this Honorable C,,~.irt permit Petitioner
to withdrawal. as attorney of record.
