AND NOW, this 7th day of February, 2013, upon consideration of the Amended Petition for Grant
of Letters and the Instrument date January ] 2, 2012, IT IS DECREED that the probate record is opened
to admit the later instrument as the Last Will and Testament of Eleanor B. Fortini and that the Letters
Testamentary previously granted are amended to reflect the later will.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Anthony Fortini shall continue with the administration of
this estate according to law.
