DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 8th day of February, 2013, after hearing testimony on the
Petition t:o Probate Copy of A Lost Will, filed by John Viscovich, Sr., and the
burden of proof having been met, the document purported to be a photocopy of the
Last Will and Testament of Albert J. Viscovich, deceased, is admitted to probate.
Letters Testamentary shall be granted to John Viscovich, Sr.
John Viscovich, Sr. shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the
laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate
according to law.
