~I~erea~, The Rutt Family Sonshine, LP, hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute contemporaneously
with Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. of 227 Granite Run Drive, Suite 100, Lancaster, PA 17601, hereinafter called the
Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as
802 Tavy Court, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, Silver Brook, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which The Rutt Family Sonshine, LP is the title holder of record, as more particularly
described in Deed Book ,Page ;and

and before any authority~4 as been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or
improvement, to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of
said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material
man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said
parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
~Cijtg stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

more particularly bounded and described as follows to wit:
Beginning at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Tavy Court at the northwest
corner of Lot #3; thence along said right-of-way line by a curve to the left, said curve
having a radius of 60.00 feet and an arc distance of 100.03 feet to a point being an
eastern corner of Lot #67; thence along Lot #67 N26-10-58W 59.38 feet to a point at
lands N/F of Thomas N. and Linda J. Trayer, Deed Book 265, Page 3771; thence
along said lands N63-17-31 E 188.50 feet to a point at lands N/F of Michael E. and
Deborah A. Stoner, Deed Book 27D, Page 090; thence along said lands S26-42-29E
139.45 feet to a point being the northeast corner of Lot #3; thence along Lot #3
S69-20-18W 130.66 feet to a point, being the place of beginning.
Containing 21,470 square feet. (0.49 acres)
Being Lot #2 on a Final Subdivision Plan for Silver Brook Phase 4, prepared by R. J.
Fisher and Associates, Inc., with a final revision date of April 22, 2008, and recorded to
