DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 8th day of February, 2013, after hearing testimony on the
Petition for Grant of Letters and the document dated November 3, 2012, filed by
Marion R. McMullen, Janet L. McBeth, and Doris J. Feather through their attorney
Joel R. Zullinger, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the document dated November
3, 2012 is admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of Anna Lee
Norcross. Letters Testamentary shall be granted to Marion R. McMullen, Janet L.
McBeth, and Doris J. Feather.
Marion R. McMullen, Janet L. McBeth, and Doris J. Feather shall have all
the rights and duties of a fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed
with the administration of this estate according to law.
