PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE
1. Decedent's domicile at her date of death was 1000 West South Street,
Cazlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013.
2. Decedent died testate and Letters Testamentary were issped by the
Cumberland County Register of Wills on November 27, 20~ 1 when the
Decedent's Last Will and Testament dated September 3~ 1999 was
probated.
3. The named beneficiaries, Eric M. Foreman and Jeremy L. Foreman, the
Decedent's grandchildren, were the sole named beneficiaries of the net
distributable estate and neither of the two aze minors or incompetent.
