AND NOW, this 20th day of February, 2013, upon consideration of the Plaintiff's
Complaint to Quiet Title;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that:
1. A Rule shall issue upon the Defendants to show cause why the Order
requested by the Plaintiff directing the Defendants to commence an action in ejectment
and other relief should not be granted.
2. A brief argument in the matter will be held on Monday, March 25, 2013, at
2:00 p.m. in Courtroom No. 2 of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
3. Both parties are requested to submit to the Court on or before Thursday,
March 20, 2013, legal memorandum regarding their position as to why the requested
order should or should not be granted.

AND NOW, this 25th day of March, 2013, after argument
in the above-captioned matter, and it appearing to the court that
the official recording of the most recent survey paid for by the
Collins ' s of their property line may resolve this dispute, IT IS
HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the parties will be given until
April 19, 2013, to record the survey, and plaintiff can then
confirm that dispute has been resolved.
