INHERITANCE TAX APPEAL
STIPULATION OF COUNSEL
The parties in this Appeal, by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate and
agree as follows:
1. The hearing previously scheduled for March 4, 2013 at 9:30 a.m., shall be
continued indefinitely, so as to allow the parties the opportunity to
continue negotiations aimed at settlement of the matter or a stipulation of
facts that will substantially reduce (if not eliminate) the time needed for
any evidentiary hearing.
2. The continuance shall continue until further stipulation or upon motion of
Counsel for either party.
3. This stipulated continuance is appropriate in general and pursuant to the
provisions of 72 Pa. C.S. §9186(a)(3).
4. The Court should enter and Order in the form as is attached hereto.
