ORDER
AND NOW, this 19th day of February, 2013, the Court enters the following Order:

2. Petitioner and counsel for Gary Fisher, agent for Joan Schrader under a
challenged power of attorney, have advised the Court that a Family Settlement
Agreement is being discussed that may avoid further litigation. Specifically, the
parties are discussing establishing an Irrevocable Trust to administer Joan
Schrader's assets for her benefit. The Agreement and Trust would be subject to
the Court's approval as well as input from Joan Schrader through her independent
legal counsel.
3. In order to give the parties time to retain counsel for Joan Schrader, and to finalize
the settlement documents and present them to the Court for approval, the
emergency hearing is continued. The parties are directed to submit the settlement
documents and a motion for their approval on or before March 5, 2013, the time
scheduled for the hearing on the Petition for Permanent Guardianship of the
Estate of Joan Schrader.

4. All accounts, funds and other financial holdings of Joan Schrader shall remain
frozen, and any power of attorney now existing shall continue to be ineffective
until further Order of this Court, except that medical and rehabilitation facility
bills for services rendered to Joan Schrader that are not the responsibility of
Medicare or other health insurance available to Joan Schrader may be paid by
Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, Bank of American Corporation, from
account of Joan Schrader, Account Number ending in the last four digits 0680.
Merrill Lynch shall also be authorized to pay water and trash bills for the home
owned by Joan Schrader from said account.
