S. 5612(e), and in support of her Petition avers as follows: 1. Petitioner is Donna L. Munro of 1459 Hillcrest Court, Apt 509, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011. 2. Petitioner and subject child, Michael C. Staiger, have resided at this address for more than six months, and in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania throughout the lifetime of the child. 3. Petitioner is the natural Mother and sole surviving parent of Michael C. Staiger. 4. Timothy A. Staiger was the natural father of Michael C. Staiger. He died on July 19, 2005. 5. This Court has jurisdiction to approve Petitioner's Designation of Standby Guardianship without hearing pursuant to 23 Pa. C. S. § 5612(e). 6. Persons named within the designation were notified that this Petition would be filed more than ten (10) days prior to the filing of the instant Petition, as required at 23 Pa.C.S. § 5612 (b)(1). WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that your Honorable Court enter an Order approving the Petitioner's designation without hearing. Serluco the authority to act for sixty (60) days following the occurrence of the triggering event as co-guardian with me or, in the event of my death, as guardian of my minor child. 6. I hereby nominate Wm. Jeffe Ichter ,145 Washington Terrace, (717) 648-6012, as alternate standby guardian to assume the duties of the standby guardian named above in the event that the standby guardian is unable or refuses to act as a standby guardian. If I have indicated more than one (1) triggering event, it is my intention that the triggering event which first occurs shall take precedence. If I have indicated "my death" as the triggering event, it is my intent that the person named and the designation to be standby guardian for my minor child, Michael C. Staiger, in the event of my death shall be appointed as guardian of my minor child when I die. 7. It is my intention to retain full parental rights to the extent consistent with my condition and retain the authority to revoke the standby guardianship if I so choose. 8.
