PENNSYLVANIA AND NOW, this_L day of a~,c~rn~P~ , 2012, upon consideration, and for good cause shown, the Petition to Transfer Venue of Melissa A. Dixon and Jason M. Dixon, proposed successor guardians of Tammy Lynn Raney, is GRANTED, and it is further directed as follows: Upon receipt of this Order, the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division shall proceed as though in accordance with Pa.R.Civ.P. 1006(d)(3), which provides as follows: It shall be the duty of the prothonotary of the court in which the action is pending to forwazd to the prothonotary of the county to which the action is transferred certified copies of the docket entrees, process, pleadings, depositions and other papers filed in the action. The costs and fees of the petition for transfer and the removal of the record shall be paid by the petitioner in the first instance to be taxable as costs in the case. 2. Upon receipt of this Order, and prior to forwarding any documents, the Clerk of the Uirphansi~ourt shall promptly submit to Petitioners' counsel a total cost for the forwarding © cr} ~. ~ ~ of ~cin'r'nen`t3~under R.Civ.P. 1006(d)(3), and Petitioners' counsel shall make payment of that :..,:.
