AND NOW, this 21sT day of February, 2013, upon consideration of the foregoing Emergency
Petition for Grant of Letters of Administration Pendente Lite:
IT IS HEREBY DECREED that Letters of Administration Pendente Lite shall be granted to
Petitioner, John B. Zonarich, Esquire, for the Estate of Walter Albert Cox, Deceased. Upon the
granting of Letters Administration by the Register of Wills to another party, the Letters of
Administration Pendente Lite shall lapse. In the interim the Administrator Pendente Lite shall
undertake the duties of a permanent Administrator with regarding to advertising, etc.
