Defendant Sidoti's Pizza, in the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Two Dollars and Twenty-
Eight Cents ($492.28), which consists of $417.78 in principal, $74.50 in costs, plus
interest thereon from September 13, 2004, as provided by law.
