PETITION
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT
The petition of Nancy A. Plasterer respectfully represents:
1.) Your petitioner is an heir of John Milton Plasterer who died intestate
January 24, 1977 a resident of Cumberland County.
2.) John Milton Plasterer had no probate estate and no letter s of
administration were ever granted by the Register of Wills.
3.) More than 21 years elapsed following his death and no letters of
administration were granted during this period.
4.) John Milton Plasterer was survived by his wife, Mary K. Plasterer who died
intestate and without issue September 18, 1991, survived by one son, John R. Plasterer
who died intestate March 10, 2002, survived by his wife Nancy A. Plasterer, your

petitioner and two children, Alisha R. Plasterer now by marriage Alisha R. Kase and
David A. Plasterer.
5.) In October, 2012, Nancy A. Plasterer learned the Pennsylvania Treasury
Bureau of Unclaimed Property was holding in escrow an asset owned by John Milton
Plasterer consisting of a death benefits check from Prudential Insurance Company being
claim number 12372615 in the amount of $1,401.96.
6.) The heirs of John Milton Plasterer, being Nancy A. Plasterer, David A.
Plasterer and Alisha R. Kase, desire to have letters of administration DBN issued by the
Register of Wills to permit them to claim this after discovered asset.
7.) David A. Plasterer and Alisha R. Kase have disclaimed their right to be
administrator DBN and join in the petition of Nancy A. Plasterer to permit letters of
administration DBN to be issued to heron the estate of John Milton Plasterer.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner submits the requirement of 20 Pa C.S.A. 3101€
have been satisfied and Nancy A. Plasterer respectfully requests the right to petition the
Register of Wills for grant of letters of administration DBN on the estate of John Milton
Plasterer.

disclaim our right to petition the Register of Wills for letters of administration DBN on
the estate of John Milton Plasterer, deceased, and join in the request of Nancy A.
Plasterer to petition for letters of administration on his estate.
