of Small Estate, it is hereby ordered and directed that an Order be made authorizing Frank M.
Evelhoch, II to act as Fiduciary for the Estate of Anna K. Evelhoch, and close the account with
Members 1St Federal Credit Union, with the proceeds made payable to The Estate of Anna K.
Evelhoch, pursuant to Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries pursuant to Section
3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
